At the City of Espoo, we are ready to roll up our sleeves and help you with recruitment. We offer, for example, financial support (pay subsidy), help with recruitment and recruitment training.
Families and spouses of employees recruited from abroad are also not left in the lurch – we support their settling in Finland and Espoo in many different ways.

In fact, the City of Espoo is now an employment office, as we are responsible for the employment of everyone under the age of 30 and people with an immigrant background, for example. In Espoo, this means about 18,000 clients. That number should also include potential candidates for your team.
