‍Kiuas Accelerator, Finland’s leading startup accelerator program is back, and better than ever! The next program is organized this spring from March 20th to May 26th. We are accepting applications on our website until the 15th of March. Roughly 20 best teams will be selected for the program based on their potential and motivation to grow and create value.

It’s safe to say that Kiuas Accelerator is now bigger and better than it has ever been: the alumni companies have now in total raised over 300M€, we have over 100 professionals in our coach pool, and over 300 alumni startups in our community. Furthermore, we have grown the Kiuas Toolbox, and it now includes tools and services that have a combined value of over $500,000.

The focus of the program is to enable your startup to succeed. We are specifically looking for early-stage startups that we can help to grow as fast as possible. Still, in the startup world, no one-size fits all solutions exist. That is why we always tailor the program based on your needs. It means that you will only attend sessions that are relevant to you, and we match you with the right coaches and peer-to-peer support. In short, the focus is on the things that move you forward.

Our programs have received great feedback, with 100% of participants saying that they would recommend Kiuas programs to other founders. The program sessions are hosted fully online and can be completed without in-person participation. However, some optional side events take place in person in the Helsinki region. The cost of the program participation is a 1% stake in your startup that you can purchase back when needed.

The application process happens in two phases. First, to apply you fill in the application on our website which we will then review. Based on the applications we invite the most potential teams for interviews in late February. What’s new for this year is that we have restructured the application process to be fully anonymous in order to guarantee an unbiased application review.
